Authentication Data

We store authentication tokens locally on your device to keep you logged in.

We do NOT:

We may share data with:

• OpenAI: Job posting content is sent to OpenAI's API for AI analysis. This data is processed according to OpenAI's privacy policy and is not used to train their models.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use:

• MongoDB Atlas with encryption at rest
• HTTPS for all data transmission
• JWT tokens for secure authentication
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt

Browser Extension Permissions

Our Chrome extension requests the following permissions:

• activeTab: To read job posting content when you click the extension
• storage: To store authentication tokens locally
• scripting: To capture job content and auto-fill forms
• host_permissions: To work on any job posting website

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
